1.For a sump,I'd use a 30gal aquarium. You can buy picture frame glass at home depot cut to size. You can silicon them in the tank/sump to section it off.You can make one side a refugium(#2).For further info on sumps,do a search here, there's a good link on one of the threads. You will also need an external overflow since your tank isn't drilled, drop me a PM,I have a couple in the garage i'm not using. For the return pump,I'd go with this one

3.4 MJ1200's can also be purchased at the above link
4.Liverock,I like to buy locally so i can hand pick it
5.IceCap660 with 4 T5 bulbs is what i'd use,its more expensive though at around $360 for everything you would need,A cheaper alternative is to buy a pair of these http://www.customaquatic.com/customa...=LT-CV-T5RK2-4

Would this be a good set: http://cgi.ebay.com/Refugium-Pro-Aqu...QQcmdZViewItem

Now, is this everything that I need for the sump and refugium?

A cheap made 29 or 55 gallon tank from wall mart or somewhere like that
makes a good one all you have to do is go to a glass shop and have them cut
glass the width of the tank and silicone them in.

I'm plaining to use a 55 under the 75 I'm working on plain on having about
35 gallon of water in it. The rest for flood control

I agree,I like to be able to custom design my sump to suit my needs/space.The one in the link above is a pretty good deal though considering all you get.

The skimmer looks like a typical venturi driven, possiibly a downdraft. It doesn't have much info about it.
The CA pumps i've used in the past and are very reliable IME.For the 2 pumps, sump, skimmer, refuge light, and external overflow,it sounds like a pretty good deal.

Ok, so if I get this kit will this be all I need? It says prefilter not included. What is a prefilter? And do I need one?
