Looks like you all have the majority of this covered. I would only suggest two things;
1. Use three or five gallon buckets rather than rubbermaid tubs if possible - much easier on the back.
2. I wouldn't worry too much about trying to save all the old tank water, and as Rob said, I would have new water premixed and heated at the new site if possible - "old" tank water doesn't really carry much besides the chemicals, and so long as you have the new SW mixed to the same parameters as the old, saving the old water isn't all that important.
Good luck - hope all goes well.
+1 on the water. I've moved a few times and always tried to transport a ton of water. A mess and a hassle. The most recent time I made up about 70% of my tank volume a few days in advance at the new location in a rubbermaid with a couple powerheads and a heater. I only brought enough water from the old tank to transport my fish and coral. I was much more careful than a normal water change to match the parameters exactly. I didn't notice a cycle and all livestock seemed happy immediately. Also, I kept about 20% of my sand and discarded the rest. Replaced it with new sand when I set it back up. This is kind of a waste of money, but a tank with the sand bed can be extremely heavy. And like someone mentioned, cheap battery-powered airstones will keep your livestock happy for a long time and allow to take your time without worrying. Good luck!
Edit: Wow I need to keep an eye on how many pages a thread has and the post dates......... I'm embarrassed. Glad to hear everything went well. Congrats!
