Simple fix... If you need to relocate the RO/DI later just close the old saddle valve down and buy a new one (call it making ready for future expansion should another tap be needed right there)

The saddle valves are the easiest to set up most of the time, so long as you are dealing with copper or pvc pipe to tap. Funny pipe is NOT a good thing to tap for a saddle.... there's an old thread on here somewhere that explained that lesson.
