    this is built up on the bottom of my sump where the water first enters... its on the left side on the bottom i the second picture lol

    That is detritus. Which is mainly poop and the remains of small dead organisms. It is normal for it to settle and accumulate in lower flow areas. You should siphon it out during water changes.

    okay thank you and i was looking closer and there was some kinda organism so something crawling around!! it was really really small!!!
