How long have you had the anemones they will almost certinly die if you do not get a better light or find them an appropriate home. the shroom on the other hand may be okay as they usually prefer less light.
Does water always taste like salt and poo????

this may sound stupid (i have been asked this at work) but you must have live rock in your tank to get coralline

    that said

your cal levals are very import like jo said, if nothing else works you can try going with products like purple up or coral boost but for the most part they don't work they just add cal into your tank (if you feel you must use a product i would use coral boost over purple up)

but the first step is testing and trying to get higher lights

test your cal first they may be no point in paying $30 for a bottle of stuff when all you need is cal. if you don't want to buy a test kit or can't get one for some reason (you do need one) then go to a good LFS and they should test it for you free of charge.

I use Kent Tech CB two part supplement. It keeps my calcium and alk levels stable, and I have seen really nice coralline growth.
