well this is a very difficult macro to care for. i did not succeed and well it pretty much nuked my beautiful macro algae tank. this demands the most perfect conditions to grow. it varies greatly in color, from brown/deep red all they way to bright yellow. i was lucky to find a yellow one. i will try this macro again one day but definitely not until i much better lighting.
