    I have the following for sale:
    2 x 250 watt Venture Opti-Wave Pulse Start Magnetic Ballasts
    M138/M153 Part #V90D8410 - multi tap 110/208/240/277 VAC
    Complete with 15uF Capacitors and BVS041 Ignitors
