no it is not dimmable just regular, not to sure if dimming is possible with 3 leds unless you ran it buckpuck style seperately which would cast a fortune just for 3 leds.
i could always ship it to you i think its only $5 for shipping usps not 100% sure though but you would have to pay shipping and pay via paypal. i have optics for it too i think, 60 degree.
