A bit out dated, but still has lotts of great info, and is very easy to understand. 1991. I started off with this book.

dude, that would be awesome! I'm just starting and wouldn't mind some input from someone that knows what they are doing LOL. Monday should work. I work in flat rock but can try to get out a lil early if need be. Normally get home 5-6pm.
