    Default refuge lights/FL

Got some of these today from work,Figure they'd make pretty good refuge lights.the aluminum housing is 12"x12" with a single 13w PC.Its rated for wet locations so they should be safe for above the fuge.I'm probably gonna mount 2 lights per housing/reflector and wire them with a 8' grounded cord.$20 plus shipping sound reasonable?

thanks for the tip.I just checked on some bulb prices,$6 for the 6700k,$7 for the 10k.They are 2 parallel tubes instead of the 4 bulb kind that i have.I'm gonna order some new bulbs and make a prototype.Probably do 4 per reflector, should be pretty bright

here's a pic with 2 installed, its pretty bright(pic doesn't show it)considering the bulbs are old.I think once I get the twin tube PC bulb thats longer it'll be brighter.I was thinking of using 4 bulbs but it looks pretty bright with 2 so i might keep them as is.The aluminum housing can be mounted to any piece of wood/plastic/etc.. if your sump/fuge is wider than 12",got lots of scrap left over so it wouldn't be a problem to secure it to a piece of wood that would custom fit the size you might need.I'm gonna sell them for 7.50
a piece as is or $20 with dual lights wired and ready to go.Once i get the new bulbs in,if you want them add that to the cost as well.If you want one it with 4 lights its $35 wired and ready to go.I was thinking it would probably make a decent nano light as well, the bulbs come in 5700k,6700k,10000k,and act03
