Oh and posting things in the middle of the night is when I have my best stuff LOL

As for all the stuff it really comes down to a few simple things.

Build your system the way you want it, also when doing so keep in mind this - how many water changes do you plan to do with this system, what type of corals you plan and also fish. If you know what your trying to achieve then you will have a better idea on how to get there.

There are many things to consider ad many that are not the top of the list.

Some corals like high levels of everything bad to us normal reefers.

Hint - Acros love Detritus and this is something that most of us try to avoid like the plague. THey actuals feed on it, and I try to muck up my tank every other day to get it to move around when it is not moved by my closed loop. And you can see the difference the nxt day with the acros. They do speak to you afterwards polyps all extended and glowing you know what your looking for.

Today we know more about what an actual reef does than we did ten years ago, can you imagine what you will learn in another ten years?

That is it for me, I gotta got to bed or I will rant all night.

L8R folks it has been a pleasure.
