I was wondering if anyone knows of a 400 watt pendant fixture 24-30" long with compact flourescents built in also. I haven't had any luck so far. Thanks Andy.

A 400w MH in a pendant would tend to create a lot of heat, more than most any fixture could *sink* and dissipate, even with a remote ballast. That might be the trouble with locating them. Pretty sure I've not seem one yet myself. A little ingenuity might yield a 400w HQI fixture that you could hang as a pendant, with a lot of caution and monitoring so you don;t burn down the house while trying to light up your tank.
Every electronic device is manufactured with smoke stored deep inside... only a true genius can find a way to set it free.

Thanks Dakar, I just noticed an add on the site for led reef lights and the add looks good as all advertising does. I was wondering if anyone has tried them or heard of anyone that has.
