7100k vs actinic 03

Would someone please tell me the difference in the 7100k blue actinic and the Actinic 03 bulb. I am guessing that the actinic 03 is a lower spectrum which would possibly give me more flourescence in my tank than the 7100 k. Am I all wrong with this? I have two 250 watt MH with 14k hamiltons in my 55 and I am trying to figure out the best amount and type of actinic to use.

That is what I was told 6months ago when I set up my system. I went with the 7100Ks because everyone said they would give the most light output to counteract my 6500K Iwaskis.

I use the 03s. The color is more pleasing to me.
