I gave the info and was told it was not good enough, and was pretty much accused of trying to rip him (Ryan Anthony) off. He was extremely condescending and rude. If you want to be treated with respect and fairly, and don't want to deal with **** to get a $5 tap, I suggest to look to another company. Your stress level will thank you for it, in the future. Good day all
That's unfortunate, did you get everything sorted out now? Its beyond me why someone would treat a customer rude over such a small thing. We have taken entire units that are past warranty and fixed or replaced them for customers.

Bad customer service is a pet peeve of mine.
If you still need a tap adapter let me know and I'll send you one from AquaFX free of charge!

I agree, I was even willing to pay for it (proving I was not trying to rip off anyone). They did contact me a couple of months ago, and resolved the problem though. So, I am not sure if it was a new owner that initiated it or Ryan himself?
He was very civil, polite and accommodating this time around though.

    Regards
