    Default ATI Coral plus

    Has anyone tried these lamps? its time to relamp my fixture and right now i run 4 blue pluses 1 true actinic 1 purple plus and 2 aquablue specials.

    Just curious if anyone has any recommendations on lamp combo, and ATI vs Giesemann lamps? thanks everyone!

    sorry i should have been more clear, has anyone tried the ATI coral plus lamps. I didnt know if anyone had any take on them?

    I ran it. It's a beautiful lamp. Corals loved it also. However for whatever reason it gave out after only 5 months I've yet to buy another...funds are low don't ya know

    I know the feeling there:-( lol.

    Did you only run that lamp or did you have it in a combination with others?

    What color did you get out of it?

    4x24w T5HO-1x Aquablue special-1x Coral plus and 2x blue plus. Totally love the look and growth I got with this combo.

    I'm using one right now in a 6 lamp aquatic life fixture with the following combination front to back.

    Purple +
    Blue +
    Blue +
    Coral +
    Blue +
    Blue+

    The color is nice and growth is solid. In fact, I have to raise the fixture....it's a lot of light for a 16" deep tank, but I do like it.

    Creefer what kind of color output do you get with that combination? any chance you could post a picture of it?

    I'm headed out. I'll try to post a pic later. I'm really bad at picture taking. I'm guessing that the color is north of the 15K territory, but not quite 20k.

    awesome! thats about the color i have right now maybe a little less blue. Great looking color!
