my personal opinion would be what i run. get 2x ATI blue + for actinics, 1x ATI aquablue special, 1x KZ Fiji Purple. itll run you around $120 for all 4 of them but you will get amazing colors out of them and they are really high in par for t5's so you can grow sps and clams with them.

i currently run that setup on my tank as follows from front to back:

    ati blue +
    ati aquablue special
    kz fiji purple
    ati blue +

center 2 bulbs are my daylights, the front and back bulbs are my actinics.

oh ok well 6700k is a yellow color but you get the best growth rate with it, 10k is average between yellow and white and you still get good growth but a little more white color so your coral don't look so faded, 14k is even more white with a good blue tint to it and you get OK growth but the color is a lot more amazing than the 3 under it. if you are looking for growth i would go 10k and actinics, if you want good color i would go 14k and actinics. 6700k is just to yellow IMO they are good on frag tanks etc... to get coral to grow good.
