Default Thinking about led's but am confused

i want to hopefully make a diy led fixture for my 28x12x12 shallow reef but im just a little confused on what i should be getting for it. Will 12 3w bulbs be good im thinking 6 blue/6 cool white. Im just alittle confused on what to get because all i can find are heatsinks for biocubes and stuff.
    Thanks
    BK

try Heatsink USA and if you need any metal pieces Speed Metals is good. I used both in my recent build.

The numbers depend partly on what you'll be keeping. For me I have a 22x13x9, mainly sps, and I run 8 xr-e neutrals and 8 xr-e royal blues, each on its own dimmable driver.

I have decide to not go led right now...due to college starying in the fall, its just a little bit above my budget currently.
