I kinda hated going with the powerheads due to the extra heat, and the extra shock risk, but I can't really come up with any other way to get flow in the tank since I'm not using a sump.... Ahh! I could drill it and create a mini CLM couldn't I?!... I'll think about that.

I'm going to use that hotb filter as a mini-refuge. I also orderd a surface skimmer for that. (thanks jojo!)

I plan on going either tonight or tomorrow and getting the wood to start building my stand. I'm working on the design of that right now!

I'm also in the process of playin email-tag with one of the ro/di manufacturers and trying to decide which one to order from them.

Kinda alot goin on right now to just get the ball rolling! Hopefully, I'll be able to stay on top of it all! I just wanted to give you an update. I'll update this thread as the project progresses!

    Wish me luck!

    -Justin

IMO One Moonlight will be more than sufficient for your tank. I have 3 on a 55gallon and its alot, your going to have 4 on a 20?

I also think one powerhead will be sufficient too.
55 Gallon. One year old, and looking SUPER.

I think that two powerheads is a great idea if he is looking at sps if the not so distant future. If he is doing only softies and lps I would then agreee that one is enough.
