    Default Iwaki 70 trouble...

just got a iwaki 70 pump and it dose not have good pressure or flow? rated for 32ft head and 1500gph. I have checked the plumbing and it's all good. But i found it's only drawing 1.3amps and should be at 2.8amps? any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Could you possibly post some picks of how you have it plumbed?
The amps might not have anything to do with the amount of water the pump is pumping, or if it does could you explain how you think it affects the performance.

    I have 2 x 1inch 90's and 18" long 1" pipe... so very short.
the supply goes strait up 12 feet to 2x 1" 90's and 2 penductors in the tank.

The amps are related to the load so it's under amping makes me think not running right?
It is barely coming out the penductors?
