    Default kitty litter??

Anyone ever heard of using 100% clay unscented kitty litter as a substrate in the fuge? I read that on another site and thought it was a joke a first! If you did try it, how'd it work for ya?

Why put rubble on top, it will only make it harder to clean and trap deitrus and cause nitrates.
Does water always taste like salt and poo????

I cant believe it would work. After getting saturated I believe it would compact and get nasty.
