The BH-1000 is an external skimmer. That's why I'm wanting it. Especially on my 26.
Yes it is external but still a HOB also. What I ment by external was it is hard piped to the tank or fuge . What happened to the tunze skimmer ? I prefer a skimmer that is either in the tank or better in a sump/fuge so it won't flood the house !! HOB always run the chance of emptying your tank on the floor when you don't expect it.
