    Default ID PLEASE!!!

    I bought this frag and now I can't remember the name of it. Anyone know what it is called?? Also in one of the pictures I circled what looks to be a starfish leg. is it a starfish leg?? If it is can you tell what kind? Would it be ok in my tank?? Name:  20140309_180311.jpg

    Not sure exactly what coral it is, some type of Xenia or cespitularia? Yes that is a starfish leg, basic brittle star, they stay small for a very long time.

    I believe that is an anthelia coral. +1 on the little brittle star.

    That's what I was thinking is was too, but when I bought it they had told me the name and it was something I have never heard of before. I just remember the name they told me started with a C

    Probably told you it was clavularia or clove polyps, which it is not.
