I have used both, the extacy is a higher zooplankton content and is a finer powder then frenzy. I have gotten much better results with the extacy. I have no issue with recommending the extacy over frenzy. I tried the extacy after reading Miz's review which turned into an ugly pro frenzy and sponsor protection response. I understand they are a sponsor and have used it for a long time, so figured what the heck I'll see what's the difference is. Totally sold on this food and am getting the best growth ,expansion and extension I have ever seen in the 20+ years of being in this hobby I only use frenzy(leftover jars) when I am waiting for my order's to arrive now.I recommend this product to anyone who wants to listen. So there is my .02. Great pic Miz and thanks for the heads up on this stuff !!

Ok let the bashing begin. LOL.
