Bobby, it almost looks like 3 separate ones, but all attached. Am I seeing this right? Flower Pots are very delicate and generally don't do well in captivity, but you've got them growing nicely. From having one in the past, mine came on a ball like skeleton, so are there 3 balls with polyps attached to one piece of rock? I'm not sure about cutting into one of the main skeletons. You'd probably have to separate one colony away from the other two. Now I'm just going by how I've fragged other skeletal coral. I'll be curious to see what other's have to say! Dave said you'd have to cut the skeleton from the backside so as not to disturb the polyps to much. You don't want to cut them. To cut through the tough skeleton, you can use a rotary cut off wheel, dremel tool or pneumatic cutoff. I hope it works, 'cause it will sure benefit me!!
Sorry I can't be of much more help! ....Angel :angel2:

Well Bobby, I just gave you the information that we have found to work with a skeletal type coral. If you think that it could harm your flower pot, please just forget fragging it. They are so touchy, and yours is beautiful, but I can buy one from the LFS if I see one that's healthy like yours. I would never suggest anything to harm your coral, and you're doing it just to give me a frag. I'd feel awful if it died or something. Thanks anyway though. It's sweet of you to try for me. We can still get you the bulbs you need though. How many do you want or need? ...Angel :angel1:
