No luck... As in you can't find liquid garlic? If that's the case then here's a cheap and easy DIY recipe.

  • 1 container. Make sure it seals well or you'll have a "garlic aroma that could level Tacoma"
  • 1-2 bulbs of organic garlic (use 2 if they're small)
  • enough RO water to fill the container

Peel all of the garlic cloves and crush them with a chef's knife. Do not chop... its more work and will make later steps more difficult. Next, put them in the container and add water. Tightly seal then let it sit for at least 1-2 weeks. Once the water is yellowy and stinky pour the liquid (you'll get some floaties but leave the big chunks behind) into an eye dropper bottle or other container for dispensing. I use a half dozen drops per cube of frozen food.

You can scale this up or down depending on how much you want. If you make more than what will fit into the dispensing container simply save the remainder in the "brewing" container with the garlic. I made a pint over a year ago and it will take me years to use it all. Also, I don't refrigerate the brew.
