Jim... are they pretty regular with laying a clutch??? I had a pair of tomato clowns and you could almost set your watch to when they would lay eggs.

Yeah, they lay pretty regularly. They took the summer off, but seem to be back in a routine again.

sounds like they have done this before. if so is it in the same vicinity???

the reason why is if you can put like a clay pot in there... good chance theywill lay the clutch in that.... transfer to a rearing tank and the odds of successfully getting some of dem babies to live and not turn into fish food greaty increases.
