Um.. Our Coral Beauty Angel has some body fungus/ ich that we need to
treat in a hospital tank. We've got everything all set up, but we can't
get her out of our reef tank. Any suggestions?

A fish trap... Ever seen a live catch trap used for catching wild critters??? If so, imagine the same concept only as acrylic instead of a type of screen and the actual spring to close the trap is manual. I've seen some on ebay for relatively cheap prices.
There's nowhere else I'ld rather be... unless, of course, you're buying

Have you tried leaving a net in the tank for the whole day, then allow some of his favorite food in it, if he sees it heading in you might get him to follow in after it, close it up with another net and you've got him. The big nets work well for this, we use some that are like 10-12" wide and they work well for snaring them without tearing up the whole reef.

Another option would be to leave a net in his favorite sleeping place and try to snag him while his heading for or when he settles down for the night in his resting nook for the night when the lights go down.
Every electronic device is manufactured with smoke stored deep inside... only a true genius can find a way to set it free.

#ed_op#DIV#ed_cl#im not shure about angels i have not had much history with them but i have dealt with alot of clown fish that don't want to leave their nice home to be treated for health problems and i found that if i used a small led flash light on the out side of the glass while hes wandering around just after the main lights are off he doesn't even see the net coming up behind them. it works for me just thought i'd sugest it. good luck.#ed_op#/DIV#ed_cl#
