    Default Diamond Watchman Goby Food

I just recently put a DWG in my 75 gallon tank and am afraid he isn't getting enough to eat. He seems to be getting skinny in the mid section. He has basically stirred up the entire bottom of the tank. Before I got him there were tons of little mysid shrimp scattered all over the tank and now I don't see many. Could he have eaten them all in 2 weeks? He won't eat the frozen food that the others eat so what else should I feed him? Thanks in advance

how long has the tank been set up?? how much LR is in the tank??? just cause you cant see them dont mean they are not there. I would keep an eye on him. try using a little flake food. my goby loves it!!! but then again he loves frozen too. when I spot feed my corals, he takes food straight from the syringe.

My Engineer Goby just love's brine shrimp. Shoot some into his home, and he'll eat it when no one's looking. It sounds like he's a little shy yet. Once he starts eating, on feeding days, he'll pop his head out to see if you brought something for him too. Don't overfeed though. Just shoot enough under the rock he lives in. He'll do just fine. Hope this helps! ....Angel :angel1:
