    Default fire fish feeding

I just bought a fire fish and put it in today, so obviously it's not eating anything yet, but I was wondering if it will eat small marine fish pellets. Ive heard it is better to feed them live or frozen meaty foods, but Im poor, and Im already feeding my six line wrasse the pellets. Can I do it?

Be careful not to over feed in attempts to get the new fish to eat. They will eat when they are ready. Most fish don't accept pellets right away unless they were introduced by the transhipper or the shop you bought it from. Try some flake and PE mysis first then you should be able to train it to eat the pellets.
