    Angel,

Kelloggi have over or around 40 ring tails. By enhancing the pictures of Snickett, and counting the tail rings, I come up with a number in the mid 30's. More closer to Reidi if you ask me.

I wish you had a good, crisp picture of one of their dorsal or pectoral fins. I really want to count the rays on them to help with ID.

Both Reidi and Kelloggi have 12 trunk rings and both have just 2 rings that support the doral fin, so that is not a good indicator for us to use here.

It does seem like your fish have two eye spines. Kelloggi have just one.

I'm thinking, but can't be positive yet, that you have Reidi there. Get some more pics...use a tripod and take a bazillion shots to get that good one. If you can use a macro setting, and take shots of their fins, that would be a great help.

More pics will follow, crappy acylic tanks! Impossible to get crisp shots, but I just got back from town with a new prize for Angel and her new friends with a cure for that problem.... got a great deal on a AGA 44g pent shaped coner tank/stand... guess what we're going to be doing all afternoon/evening??

Bet they will be a lot happier in there, and with GLASS sharp pics will be 1000 times easier.

Hi There DavidP....Dakar Dave put up the new tank, and the transfer has gone very well. I don't have it completely scaped yet since I'm still on bedrest, and not improving like I should be. I don't want to wind up in the hospital, so I'm doing what the doc said. Like I'd really have any choice right now... All I do is sleep throughout the day. Enough of my woes....

Our 4 babies are such amazing little creatures. We set the tank up right next to my side of the bed, so I get to watch them a lot. They sure seem to make a bond with you! I love it! When the water is completely clear, we'll be able to get you some awesome pictures. Never ever buy acrylic IMO, it's awful! They are happily eatiing, and they seem to be having a blast with all the extra room. One in particular just enjoys swimming around. We're going to place an order for pods and just load the tank. The lady Dakar talked to suggested we order glass shrimp as well. What is your opinion on them. Right now we're doing frozen brine & mysis, and they are doing well, but they have more interest in snicking up pods. I sure appreciate all the help you're giving me.

If there's anyone local to us here interested in going in on pods, please let us know before this evening (thurs. 3/9). Sorry for the short notice, but if we can help anyone out with ordering pods ($25/bottle for 1000 pods/bottle).
    Have a nice day Everyone!
