Carolina Biological supply (they normally supply schools and I haven't heard any complaints on products) has them 5 for $25.00. Be ready to raise baby brine shrimp for the duration of your ownership...

Dwarves eat just gut packed BBS. They are also prone to stings from aptasia, hydroids and other nasties. Check out the forums on Seahorse.org for more information.

They are neat, and can be kept in a nano, but it requires dilligent husbandry.
