    Default new fishies!!

Picked up a true percula clown (bright bright orange) and 3 green chromi's today.
tried to add them to the 1 thats in there but he's an *** and started messing with them.

So, I quarantined him in my fuge. Gonna leave him there for about a week or so, then add him back in and see what happens. If he still dont get along, then I guess imma have to trade him in. Dont really want to cause he's a survivor!, but i cant have him messing with the others.

anyone see any merit to seperating him then adding him back later? or any better ideas or methods?

You can try to pull him out of the main tank and let the others become terratorial and then adding him back in. But it is kind of 50/50 but if you really like him you should try.

The seperation is a good idea. It will allow the other fish to claim a teratory and then he will have to find his own. I think it should work. if he had a favorite spot changeing that up a little would also help.

his favorite spot = the whole tank
he's pretty territorial, but hoping the week or so of seperation will help

if isolation dosen't work rearrange the tank then cut off the lights. They will spen all their time looking for the perfect spot and won't have time to pick on each other.
    Good luck

I would wait a week and see what happens if he is still bossy I would take him out and give him another week or two and a stern talking to.
