Default Feeding a Rainfordi Goby in QT

I have been a bit worried about my Rainfordi goby eating enough in QT. So far, he has only really accepted BBS. I gave him some frozen daphnia this morning. At first it looked like he was eating, but then I noticed the daphnia coming back out of his gills. I didn't notice this with the BBS, but maybe I just wasn't looking closely enough.

His little belly is looking shrunken. I am VERY sorely tempted to take him out of QT early...

Any thoughts or suggestions are welcomed!
