as of tangs the naso is not for a 90 g, powders are ick magnets and sometimes extremely aggressive, I would try a kole or if your budget allows a chevron.
and regarding triggers, none of them are safe with shrimps, the ******s could be problematic with corals too especially as they grow, the blue throat is safe with corals but does become big for a 90 g.
and the puffer leave for the fw tanks if you don't like the looks of tangs without fins.
the wrasse world ( caution addictive!) is definitely a cool thing to look into if you have a covered tank.
