That would be my first guess as well.... Funny little guys, the perpetual frown is halarious. But they are quite personable and really develop their own personality too.
Every electronic device is manufactured with smoke stored deep inside... only a true genius can find a way to set it free.
That was my first guess, but I have BRIGHT yellow watchman gobie in my other tank. This is so pale and huge 6+ inches . The one in my 65g is maybe 2.5 - 3 inches. I will try to get more pics. He doesn't like to come out of his cave very often. I wil also try to get pick of my other one.
Thank you.
i have something that looks similar to that at my LFS it is called a blue spot yellow watchman goby, and he is pretty big there (around 5 or 6 in) they may much on shrimp if you arn't careful

A Yellow watchman Gobie does NOT have 3 eye spots in its fin on it's back. And this fish isn't yellow. It's kind of a dingy white.
yellow spot goby, i had one and i had a pink spotted goby, i think its a kind of mix breed or something.
It's all about the reef. :YEAH:
gobids change color...
My yellow watchman was pale at the LFS, almost transparent. He's bright yellow now..but, at night, gets creamy yellow white.
Yellow watchmen (Cryptocentrus cinctus) tend to have smallish, lighter spots, radiating on the dorsal fin. Your's seems to be what is being sold as a blue spot watchman or black finned shrimp goby (Cryptocentrus pavoninoides).

it definitly is some kind of goby. it could be a golden shrimp goby, or yellow prawn goby
