Thanks for all of the replies so far. It's nice to see that there are so many "old" fish out there with dedicated owners.

I still need to look back in my records to see how long I've had my fish... perhaps my forgetting is a sign that I'm getting old!

I think you need to change your user name... after 5 years you can be a noob any more!

Yes I have had my share of experience, I don't consider myself a noob anymore. That was the handle I use on other forums so I just stuck with it.

Here are my current fish and when I acquired them. I unfortunately didn't keep very good records prior to ~2005.

    Pajama Cardinal: 2000?
    False percula clown: 2001?
    Scopas Tang: May 10th 2008

My ole man of the tank....a six year old Flame Hawk. Besides being the oldest he is also my favorite. I also have a pair of Maroons and a pair of True Perks that were purchased around the same time.

We have a black onyx clown that will be 32 years old this December. She is on her 3rd mate. Still breeding (I heard about things like that at my Moms nursing home but didn't believe it.) She is in our frag tank if you want to see her. Brian at Oceans and Seas

We have a scooter blenni that is about 2 years old, he has survived velvets diease, lice, and a tank upgrade. from 55 gallons to 120. We have a cat that LOOOOOVE to fish watch and when the cat gets on his perch Blenni will scoot on over to whatever side the cat is on. EVERYDAY, he will stay there until the cats gets sick of his tricks. we also have a engineer goby thats about the same age. and has survived the same. we had teo but he has killed the other one and he started off about an inch and is not about 5 inches!
