niceee. one question what is that blue and black fish called not the tang but the one that looks like a damsel?

It's a female Bellus Angel (Genicanthus bellus). Absolutely reef safe, it's a plankton feeder. These angels are sometimes called Swallowtails, all of them being good fish for reef tanks.
