It wasn't until looking at the tank yesterday that I realized I had a little bit of an Sps collection going on and didn't even know it.

The wife bought this Snowflake for a great deal. But I'm a little worried because it's is an Ocellaris and we already had a Picasso Perc, I have read that they will pair up but not always. We are keeping a close eye on the two, so far so good, a little nipping but nothing major.

I've always wanted sun coral but was too affraid of keeping it because because of the whole NPS thing. But Heidi talked in to getting this huge cluster of Sun polyps for only $30 (what a deal) from Happy, and gave me some great feeding tips. Sooo glad she did, Thanks Heidi!

This being our first NPS coral we are I keeping our fingers crossed. Right now I'm feeding it a little reef snow to get the polyps to open then 30 mins later I hit it with a mix of coral frenzy and baby brine. I target feed just the Sun coral and then the rest of the tank is broadcast feed from the blow off, this method seem to be working well.

    Thanks for taking the time.
