Default I'm Back- 40G breeder reef

So after a rather long hiatus from the saltwater world I'm giving it another go. Currently living in an apartment up at CMU so i am being confined to 29g or less(I'm breaking the rules but i doubt they will notice). I do not have the ability to do a sump so instead i am going to try using a AC110 with LR, phosphate pad, and chaeto along with carbon as filtration. Just getting started so all i have at the moment is the tank and filter. Not sure what i am going to do as far as lighting, just waiting to find a good deal on something. I'm thinking mostly LPS with a few lower end sps thrown in along with just a couple softies(tyree toadstool and green sinularia as well as zoanthids).
