    Default Sean's 10G Nano Reef

Hi, everyone. It's been a while since I've posted on here. I've decided to downgrade my 29g to a 10G AIO. I'm doing this for two reasons: (1) ease of care and (2) so i can take it with me to college. I will be using most of the equipment from my 29g tank which will be transferred (along with all corals) once the cycle is complete.

This will be an LPS dominant reef tank, with a mix of sfties and some SPS as well. Right now, I have approximately 20 corals that will be going into this tank, and 5 more that will be here momentarily while my sister gets her new tank set up.

I have in the tank right now...

    5.5 lbs sand
    5 lbs live rock
    Taam Rio+ 200 pump

I am at my sister's house for the summer and will be moving this tank into my dorm when school starts. Once the cycle is over in a few weeks I will take equipment from the old 29g (at my Dad's house) and install it on this one.

    4 lbs live rock
more established sand from 29 gallon
all snails/crabs currently in 29 gallon
    2 Hydor Koralia 425 pump(s)
2 Boost par30 LED bulbs, (3 royal blue / 2 cool white diodes, 60* optics)
    Architect's style lamps

I will be purchasing a new heater, dosing supplements, and coral propagation tools.

    Aquarium Pharmaceuticals RENA 50w heater - $26
Coral Frenzy coral food - $13
    Brightwell Aquatics Reef Code A - $7.40
    Brightwell Aquatics Reef Code B - $7.40
    0.5cc, 1cc, 3cc medical syringes from Drs. Foster & Smith - $0.83

(4x) 4oz container LocTite superglue gel (for gluing corals)
JB Water Weld epoxy (for gluing corals)

I need build a gravity-fed ATO before i move into the dorms too.

    3gal. plastic water jug
