help me figure out my anemone

When I got my colored long tent. anemone home I placed him on the bottom of the tank well an hour went by and he moved to a nice comfy spot and stayed he was there about 3 days now the silly guy is at the very top of the rocks and has been there all day is this normal or do I have a deranged anemone.

anemonies will move until they find a spot they like and then will saty there until they dont like it anymore. then they will move again and again until they find another good spot. that is why it is kinda hard to keep one in a reef, but i have one too, and right now he is on the move. my poor clown don't know what to do while his host is roaming around the tank. they say that a happy anemone is a still anemone. my curly-Q anemone did not move for 6 or 8 months, i had to tickle his back end to get him to release from the rock he was on so i could move him to another tank.
