While I can neither confirm nor deny whether that's a BTA, I would venture to guess it's not. Whatever it is, it looks pretty small... and in a sump. So, unless your BTA was in the sump when you lost it (I doubt one would survive a trip down an overflow) in addition to being small I would guess it's something else. To find out for sure I would start feeding it and providing it with more light and see what happens. But be forewarned you may be feeding an aptasia.

That's the plan to feed a little and provide light till such point it can be identified. I have heard if this happening where a nem has gone down an overflow to be rediscovered latter as a new baby nem. I was devastated when this guy flew the coop so to speak, and even more so was baffled by the fact that there were no ill effects on the system when it disappeared. As for it being aptasia, I can confirm that it is not. As small as it is, taking a good pic is difficult. In person it is easier to see.
Due to getting as sick as I could with out a trip to the hospital, moving this guy was put off for the last few days. It did give me proper chance to study it though, and I think as slim as it seems this is a BTA. The foot appears as wide as the disk and there seems to be an appropriate amount of tentacles it. I plan to move it today and will post up a new pic.
And thank you MizTanks I think your good vibes kept me from getting pneumonia, which seems to happen when ever I sneeze.

Aptasia was my first guess too, just bleached from lack of light in your sump.
I'm hoping not, and it doesn't look like one which are all over my tank at the moment so I have good comparisons.
So I have moved it. Whatever it is, is now living top side in it's own bubble. Should speed up an ID. It deflated and is now settling in and showing some movement. Because of the small size I was worried about the move, all seems good though. Pics to come.
