    Leave it for now... if it is a polyp, you'll see additional polyps grow from the same "colony". If it is mojano, you MAY see one grow NEXT to it, but not from the same "mass". If it is mojano...nuke it. Once they get a stronghold, they are a PITA to get rid of.
