Most of your problem is that you don't have enough light and the camera is shooting at 1/10 of a second. If it is not set up on a tripod, your pictures will be blurry because you can't hold the camera steady enough. If you have a tripod, set it up and use the camera's self timer to take the picture.
1. Set camera to M for MANUAL (p. 18) and set ISO to 400. You might be able to set the ISO using the menu BUTTON.
2. Now set camera mode to S for SHUTTER SPEED (p. 10)
3. Set shutter speed to 1/60 (p. 10)
4. Set camera to center zone focus (p. 24), then set camera to the closeup mode using the flower icon (p. 18). Get with 28" or less of the tank and take a picture.
5. Post the picture so I can see if that helped.

i tried to go to the site.but it said it was damaged..but i will try to do it per your instructions tomorrow and see if it works.
