I use Adobe 7. It can't have changed that much from 4 can it? Who knows? I love the program. It's my other right hand. It's a little odd to explain to someone, but when you save a photo, simply press the "save for web" setting in Adobe. It automatically saves it at the lowest resolution possible and makes it ready for uploading. Still need help? You can always send me the photo and I'll resize it for you.
