There was a lot of nice stuff at the swap this year....some of the best corals I have seen at a swap! Many of us are trying to keep within a budget and, speaking for myself, it was very difficult to do so.
I picked up three corals and a couple inverts that are extremely colorful!
Here is a picture of my Blue Porcelain Crab (I now have 2 of them) from Korndiddy20:
I don't know what these zoas are called, but I got them from Aqua Gardens (correct me if I am wrong) at a great price! I was hesitant in buying these as they were all closed up and did not show any colors, however, I was told that they were very nice and colorful. I trusted the reefer, bought them and this morning, they were out as big and bright as ever. What a find!!
I also scored a beautiful rock anemone from the Tropicorium and followed the instructions on maintaining it. Dig a deep hole in the substrate sand, plunk a rock at the bottom, put the anemone on top, then bury it all under the sand. It's like buried treasure! When it sprouts through the sand, I will take a picture and post.
What did you get at the swap??? Show your stuff!!!

I picked up a few things. It is much harder to get what you would like when you are standing behind a table, but I did manage to get some things.
Alien Eye Chalice
Pink Lemonade chalice:
Tyree Mummy eye
Beaker Bob's Flying Saucer chalice
Forget what this is called, but beautiful colors and pattern. I had to buy it cause I won a $20.00 gift certificate for the vendor.
Candy Apples from Skyhigh
Here's what $20.00 worth of raffle tickets won me:
Thank you so much for ID'ing that for me. I know I should write these things down, but I never do, and invariably forget one or two. The picture doesn't do the colors justice. The eyes are a lavender shade unlike anything else in my tank. Thanks very much for donating the gift certificate that I was able to apply toward purchase of this beautiful animal. I guess it is now a "troll" coral. Ha!
Tim- Check with Beakerbob. He bought a big chunk for the school tank and maybe we can trade a frag of GSP with you for a frag of pulsing sinularia to put in the school tank.
