I'm not even going to bother. As for 1000 being in the combined bags, I don't think so. Plus at least a 1/4 of them were dead. I will go back to whom I've been getting my Copepods from.

No I did not contact customer service. I'm not looking for compensation nor a resolution from @Reefs2go . I already told whomever contacted me via pm over a week ago! I was asked for my first/last name but was given no name as to who was asking. Very impersonal.
My order was so far off from that which was advertised, I find it very hard to believe that it was just a mistake. More like let's dump some Amphipods.....the proof is in the above pictures.

First let me introduce myself, I am Dionne, and I am the operations manager for Reefs2Go.com. I understand that your reply to our PM was "As far as I'm concerned there is no resolution to be had." when we offered to look up your order information and see what we could do to resolve your concern....

We have no way of determining what percentage will be amphipods or copepods or what you are more likely to receive (amphipods or copepods). We explain this in our advertising. However, based on your posting about your December order from us "Got my pod/chaeto pack today! Awesome! Just 3 days from there to here. Very well packaged! A ton of pods! All happy and alive. Scooter the Dragonet is one happy fish and I am one very satisfied customer." The review of your last shipment is very different.

With the thousands of pod packages we ship out weekly we are happy to report that our customer response to our product mirrors that of your December order. We have been keeping mandarins, scooters, clowns, seahorses, pipe fish, etc. happily fed with our pods for years.

I do not know what happened with your order, but we have reached out to see how we can help.I am available to discuss your order and what I can do to help if you should decide to provide me the opportunity.
