Default Lansing Swap Tables - Reserve Yours Now!

Tables are now available for reservation. They are going fast so please don't wait, we squeezed a few more tables in the hall this year and once they are all reserved, we won't have room for more.

Here is the link to reserve your table.

Vendors will be able to setup on Saturday 1/29, the night before the swap, starting at 6:30 pm. If you will be arriving after 8:30 pm, you need to let me know or we may be gone already for the night.

Vendor setup on Sunday 1/30, the day of the swap, will start at 9:00 am. The swap doors open to the public at noon. The swap goes until 4:30 pm. Vendors should be plan to be out of the hall by 6:00 pm on Sunday.

    Warning
Alll vendors need to be aware of the hall restrictions:

    - Max water volume per table: 30 gallons (or 15 gallons per half table)
    - Maximum power per table: 300 watts max. (e.g.,100 watt heater, 200 watts lighting)
    - Make sure your equipment is in good working order and not a safety hazard.
    - Bring your own extension cords. All cords must be clear of walkways or securely taped to avoid tripping.

These will restrictions will be enforced...we found out last year that the hall has limitations on how much power can be used. Don't show up with 500 watts of lighting and a 1000 watts of heater and expect that you will be able to operate....you will be unplugged with no refund.
