Date has been set! May 7th is the big day! It will be held at the Youth for Christ Center in Sturgis this time so I don't have to move my house hold out of my house! Yahoooo! Vendors there will be a $30 fee, I am sorry. Admission is $2 per person but children and ladies that are in the club are free! Please contact myself or Ann if you would like to be a vendor!
If you have not been to a Coral Frag Swap I Highly Recommend that you go.

Dealers from around the country come to sell coral (much of which are the amazing corals that you see online not the bland common stuff that you see at your LFS - Local Fish Store).
It is also a great way to meet old friends and make new friends that are in the hobby.
You will find the hottest Zoanthids, Acros, Acans, Chalices, etc. all at great prices!

Frag Party has been confirmed and building has been saved for us for the day May 7th is the Party .. Vendors can come in as early at 8 am to set up ..Party will be from 12:00 pm (noon) until 6:00 pm.. Vendors fees are $30.00 a spot (no matter how many tables you need) We will be offering 1/2 tables as well for only $15.00 and Admission is $2.00 per adult (unless you are a member of the Ladies frag swapping club) kids are free.. food will be provided as long as we have it--first come first served ..lol All food and drinks will be donated by the Ladies of the club.
There will be giveaways,raffles...vendors .. bring your own corals to trade and sell and just have fun...

I'm sending this reminder to all the vendors to let you know that the payment for your spot at the Ladies Frag Swapping Party in Sturgis Michigan is now due by end of this month . April. (unless payment has already been made) .
Also we will need to confirm how many tables you need and the sizes .. ( if you have'nt already notified me ) we are in the process of getting the layout all planned out .. we have 4 foot,6 foot and 8 foot tables
Raffle donations are appreciated but not required ..if you plan to donate something for the raffles please let me know so we can make a raffle container for your item..if you are not sure what you are going to donate we can always do a mystery raffle container and go from there
Also will need to know if you accept credit cards ,paypal,or cash only so we can post it on the event
