Regarding vendor tables...please note:

Note if you are conducting business other than selling corals or reef related dry goods, you must provide notification of the nature of your business. Failure to disclose could result in your removal from the swap without a refund.

Sharing of tables is not allowed unless given prior authorization. Full tables should have no more than 2 people working them. Half tables should have no more than one person working them. Area behind the tables should only be used by the person who is working the table. Having more people than your allotment crowds the other vendors.

Jim I'm probably getting a table for the A2 swap n it'll be half table if i do question is can others work your table so you can look around you said 1 person per half but my son n I could switch who's behind it so we both can look around correct

Actually this year I am not involved in the A2 swap. Sir Patrick is the person to talk to.

But to answer the question for this swap....yes you can have a helper at your table. But remember that you should only have one (half table) or two (full table) behind your table at any given time. The key here is your table neighbors need to have room around there table to maneuver in the space they reserved.

There have been instances of 3-4 people around a half table in the past which is WAY too many people and definitely is infringes on others who have reserved adjacent tables.

I am working on the final table layout this afternoon....if anyone reading this thinks they need an upgrade or waited till the last minute to get a table, now is the time to let me know.

Final table layout...note table numbers are different from earlier:



Vendor setup starts at 9:30 am. Only one person per half table and two people per full table allowed in the hall during setup. Your tables will have one (half table) or two (full table) name badges on them. These name badges are uniquely colored so that we can tell who is a vendor.

Swap opens to public at 12:30 and goes to 4:00.
